Ibarra Chocolate, 95 years
Our story begins in Jalisco 95 years ago, with our first factory located on Santa Monica St. in the center of Guadalajara, just a few blocks from the historic Corona Shopping Mall. During this time, this was like a small shopping district of the city. It was simpler times, and we were able to distribute our products to local commercials.
The commercialization outside of Jalisco began in Mexico City and Baja California, where we started constructing our brand.
Ibarra Chocolate was the first chocolate to become exported over 70 years ago, initiating in California, Chicago, and New York.
With the increase in demand, the plant moved to Juan Manuel St. where a larger factory was constructed to meet the demands in diverse sectors of the city.
We proudly received the "Food Safety System Certification 22000" Certification
Products backed up with tradition and quality are what make us who we are. We are a 100% Mexican company, founded in 1925 and exporting since 1946, dedicated to the production, commercialization, and distribution of real Chocolate.
Now, 95 years later, we have a consolidated infrastructure throughout Mexican territory and exclusive distributors in American ad Europe, offering the most competitive products with the highest quality.
