Chocolate Pudding
Vitamin-Enriched IBARRA Chocolate Gelatin

Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients:

¾ cup Vitamin-Enriched IBARRA Powdered Chocolate

1 liter milk

½ cup cornstarch

3 egg yolks

¾ cup sugar

½ cup pecans

 

Directions:

Heat ¾ liter of milk with the sugar and Vitamin-Enriched IBARRA Powdered Chocolate, blending thoroughly. Separately, dissolve the cornstarch in the rest of the milk and the egg yolks, if possible, in a blender.

 

Once the milk is about to boil, add the cornstarch, milk and egg yolk mixture, reduce the heat and stir constantly until creamy. Remove from heat and let cool. Add pecans and pour into individual molds or else one large mold. Refrigerate and serve.

Chocolate Pudding (cake) with dried fruit

Ingredients:

1 liter fresh milk

1 can condensed milk

1 cup water

2 heaping spoonfuls unflavored gelatin

1 cup Vitamin-Enriched IBARRA Powdered Chocolate

Directions:

In a blender, mix Vitamin-Enriched IBARRA Powdered Chocolate, the fresh milk and the condensed milk.

 

In a separate bowl, dissolve the gelatin in the cup of water. When it sets, melt it again in order to hydrate the gelatin and to keep lumps from forming.

 

Once it is melted again, add to previous mixture and mix thoroughly. Pour into mold and refrigerate.

  

The advantage of these two desserts is that Vitamin-Enriched IBARRA Powdered Chocolate provides important vitamins and minerals. So aside from being delicious, these desserts are nutritious, and give your children the vitamins and minerals they need every day.

Pastel de Chocolate con Frutos Secos

Ingredients:

20-Cm Baking Pan
2/3 Cup Slivered Almonds
2/3 Cup Cashews
2/3 Cup Pecans
1 ½ Cup Mixed Dried Fruits
2/3 Cup Flour
2 Tbsps Cocoa
Cinnamon
90 Grs. Grated Ibarra Table Chocolate (1 Tablet)
60 Grs. Butter
¼ Cup Honey

Directions:

Grease Baking Pan, Dust With Flour And Line With Waxed Paper.

Mix The Nuts And Fruit With The Flour, Cocoa, And Cinnamon. Blend Well. Form A Hole In The Center.

In A Saucepan, Heat Chocolate, Butter, Honey Over Low Heat, Stirring Constantly. Remove From Heat. Add Butter Mixture To Flour And Incorporate Evenly With A Wooden Spoon, Without Beating Too Much.

Bake In Moderate Oven For 50 Minutes.

Top With Drizzled Sugar Glaze Or Shaved White Chocolate.
