NOM Norma Oficial Mexicana (Official Mexican Standard) Ibarra Premium Chocolate is certified as “Genuine Chocolate”. It complies with the quality standards for the manufacturing of chocolate made with the highest quality processes and quality.
BASC Business Alliance for Secure Commerce is an international business alliance that promotes safe trade in cooperation with international governments and organizations
C-TPAT Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism is a North American initiative of businesspeople and the government for creating cooperative relationships that enable the general international supplier chain to be reinforced and improved, as well as enforcing US border security.
CNIME Consejo Nacional de la Industria Maquiladora y Exportadora, (The National Committee of the Exporter and Private Label Industry) through an official letter issued by the S.H.C.P. (Mexican Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit) which certifies the Chocolatera de Jalisco for benefitting the General Administration of Customs. This certification ensures better security and timeliness in the exportation of our products
FDA This private company Registra Corp, with headquarters in Virginia, USA, is in charge of helping companies to comply with the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). It awarded Chocolatera de Jalisco SA de CV the 2009-2010 registration certificate. This guarantees that our product complies with the regulations established by US law and that our products can be consumed by the general population.
ESR Empresa Socialmente Responsable, is a badge awarded to Ibarra Chocolate Party for being a company that acts in a conscious and responsible, which is concerned with the development of society, economic growth and environmental preservation
